Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
- Familiarity with design trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and Clients.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all designs are high-quality and error-free.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- A strong portfolio that showcases relevant design work.
Job Duties:
- Conceptualize and design visual solutions for various print and digital media, such as advertisements, brochures, websites, logos, and packaging.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other designers to understand the design brief and requirements, and to develop a creative strategy.
- Use graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and manipulate graphics, typography, and other visual elements.
- Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with quality
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project
