Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a creative or branding agency environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR data analysis.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management software.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for developing and implementing new HR initiatives.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the market. Conduct interviews, make job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, handle employee concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes that align with the agency’s goals and values. Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance, and work with managers to develop individualized development plans.
  • Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs that align with the agency’s goals and values. Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, and provide ongoing training to help employees develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the agency’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with local laws and regulations. Monitor market trends and make recommendations to ensure the agency remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, and provide reports and analysis to senior management to inform decision-making. Use data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Organize events and activities that build team spirit and foster a sense of community.
  • Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
