Social Media Manager
We are looking for a young skilled and passionate individual who can work closely with our digital marketing expert to manage our social media handles! Knowing the basics of content writing, Marketing, and Branding and having some prior experience in social media management is a must!!
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad targeting
- Ability to create engaging visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for clients
- Create and curate engaging content, including written and visual assets, that resonates with the target audience
- Manage social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and report on social media performance, using analytics tools to track progress, identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work with clients to define their social media goals and develop KPIs to measure success
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and account managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad targeting, and optimization
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement
- Continuously test and refine social media strategies to optimize performance and drive results
