UI/UX Desinger
We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our branding agency team! Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for UI/UX design, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and user flows to inform design decisions.
- Understanding of branding principles, including brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies and applying them to improve design processes and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to approach design challenges from multiple perspectives. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Job Duties:
- Collaborating with clients and team members to define project objectives and develop design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
- Conducting user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Creating design assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphics, that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experiences.
- Working closely with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Participating in design reviews, presenting design concepts to clients, and incorporating feedback to improve designs.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them to improve design processes and outcomes.
- Contributing to the development of design systems, style guides, and other design assets that promote consistency and scalability across projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and are integrated effectively.
- Ensuring that all designs adhere to accessibility, usability, and best practice guidelines.
