Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, theme and plugin development, and customization, including custom post types, custom fields, and other advanced features.
Familiarity with website security and data protection measures.
Familiarity with website optimization and SEO best practices, as well as website security and maintenance.
Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Ability to collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver website projects on time and within budge.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins that align with client branding and meet project requirements
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites look great on all devices and screen sizes
Collaborate with designers to turn their designs into functional, user-friendly websites that meet client needs and brand standards
Customize WordPress functionality using advanced features such as custom post types, custom fields, and other plugins as necessary
Integrate third-party tools and services such as Google Analytics, payment gateways, and marketing automation tools
Optimize website performance, including page speed, SEO, and security, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Maintain and update websites as necessary, including software updates, security patches, and content updates
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and web design, and share knowledge with team members to help improve processes and workflows.
